Due to hygiene and quality reasons, worn, washed, or damaged items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (or as store credit, if applicable)


Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
